I was looking for a rental property in Spokane and had a really bad experience with another real estate agent.  I went on Yelp and found Stuart.  Here is why I found Stuart to be the best. Communication- If you call him he picks up the phone.  If you email or text him he gets back to you immediately. Inspection- When doing the inspection of the home, not only did he show up to the inspection but Stuart arranged for the inspector to walk me thru the house and point out the good and the bad of the house. Knowledge-  When signing the contract he doesn't ask just ask you to sign, he walks you thru the entire contract and what everything means.  If you need help with anything from a loan to a handyman, Stuart has great recommendations.  Extras-  Living out of state I asked Stuart if he would go out and check on the property before closing to make sure it was in the same condition as when I had seen it.
